Modern development consisting of 10 apartments, 1 gym room, and outdoor courtyards with views onto Clissold Park.
The brief for this development was to create a warm, flexible backdrop allowing room for the client’s own taste to sit. The apartments needed to be technology orientated and hold eco credentials, aiming to appeal to a male-led, design conscious clientele.
Matteo Bianchi Studio created a boutique hotel-like feel reflected in the fluent use of materials. Warm metals like satin brass splash backs in the kitchen contrasted with dark wooden cabinets and flooring, give the space a luxuriously cosy feel. The palette continues through to the bathrooms, stylish and sleek thanks to matt finishes and strategically placed lighting. Large patio doors and windows flood the spaces with natural light, and allows indoor-outdoor to connect.
